Terms of Service

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and using our services. This includes business information, user details, and any other data required for account setup.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your login information. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any breach of security.

You may not use Vohub.ai for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities. This includes but is not limited to:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Harassing, threatening, or harming others
• Transmitting malicious code or viruses

Spam or unsolicited marketing calls are strictly prohibited. You must comply with all applicable telemarketing and anti-spam laws, including TCPA regulations.

You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our services. Unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or data is strictly prohibited.

We will provide our AI voice services "as is" with commercially reasonable efforts to ensure availability and performance. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in misuse, or fail to pay required fees. We may also modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

Fees are billed monthly in advance based on your selected plan. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in these Terms.

Payment is due on the billing date specified in your account. Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension or termination until payment is received.

Refunds are at our sole discretion, except as required by law. We may provide refunds for prepaid services in cases of service failure or other circumstances we deem appropriate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vohub.ai's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to our services will cease immediately.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

We will notify you of significant changes to these Terms via email or through an in-app banner. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

By using Vohub.ai, you agree that we may send you one-time SMS messages when you explicitly request them during a call (e.g., "Send my summary") or as confirmation of an action (appointment booking, payment confirmation).

Each SMS includes instructions: "Reply STOP to unsubscribe." If you reply STOP, we will permanently suppress your number from receiving any further SMS messages.

When a customer replies STOP, our system immediately flags their number in a shared suppression list. No further SMS of any kind will be sent—even if they call back and request another summary—unless they explicitly opt back in on a future call.
